Prices and Terms

Payment can be made by monthly Direct Debit or annual invoice.

This fee covers everything. There are no additional charges for setting-up, managing or updating our websites. Ongoing support is unlimited in terms of time and free-of-charge. Our arrangement to supply can be cancelled at any time by giving three months’ notice in writing.

Discount for practice groups is available on request.

Joint Understanding

It is understood that:

• NDL will update the website when requested.
• The copyright for the website design resides with NDL.
• There are no additional costs to the Practice. Secure hosting, daily back-ups, system upgrades, support and domain name registration/renewal (optional) are all included.
• This arrangement will remain current until either NDL or THE PRACTICE give three months notice of termination in writing.
• If any .uk domain is registered or handled by Oldroyd Publishing Ltd on your behalf, this is covered by Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Registration (see https://nominet.uk/uk-registry/uk-policy/ in the ‘Contracts & Rules’ section).
